Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hoursā notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.Less than 48 hoursā notice will result in loss of your deposit.Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. This will be treated as a cancellation and your deposit may be lost.
Suitability & Contraindications
It is your responsibility to ensure you are suitable for the treatment. Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not safe to proceed.Results & Aftercare
Results may vary from person to person. Following the recommended aftercare is essential for the best outcome. I am not responsible for poor results due to failure to follow aftercare advice.Patch Tests
Patch tests may be required for certain treatments and must be carried out at least 24ā48 hours prior. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the services provided, refunds are not offered. However, if you have any concerns, please contact me within 48 hours so I can assess and advise.
Children & Guests
Please attend your appointment alone unless otherwise agreed. This helps maintain a calm and professional environment.Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment at any time if I feel uncomfortable or if the treatment is not in your best interest.
